It is one of the permanent committees who take the charge of implementing the plans and programs of tutorial and cultural Society, and in turn it supervises the academic activities, and educational programs and syllabuses, in the scope of the computer. Also, it contributes in setting and updating the educational syllabuses and educational programs, and provision of consultancy according to the standard specifications which are applied on all the Society services requestor.

Tasks
 

The provision of the scientific academic services to the institutes and the training and educational establishments in the scope of computer and information.

Evaluating the capabilities, the scientific syllabuses and experiences, in the field of education and training on the computer technology and info.

Conducting a scientific and academic review for the syllabuses, plans, and the systematic books and training memos, in the scope of the computer and information.

Cooperation with all the public and private establishments for education and training, aiming to achieve comprehensive cooperation in developing the syllabuses the training and educational plans and experiences in the computer and information

Follow-up the various academic and educational activities in the scope of the computer and information, and introducing the relevant recommendations.

Goals
 

Developing the scientific and technical level, the national capabilities and experiences in the field of the computer and information.

Developing the quality level of the capabilities, the educational syllabuses and programs in the Kingdom.

Developing the quality of the scientific, technical and educational means and forging them for the service of community sectors.

The Society should adopt a World Experience House in the fields of training, and technical education, and to be a symbol of the information education.
